These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you buy from DimeDigitals. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy and refund and returns policy.

Who we are

DimeDigitals is an online store selling genuine software licence keys and premium digital subscriptions, delivered electronically. You can reach us any time through our contact page.

The products we sell

We sell genuine software keys and digital access. Each product listing describes what is included, the licence term or duration, the supported platforms, and how the product is delivered. We take care to keep listings accurate; the listing is the definitive description of what you are buying.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, which we accept when we deliver your product or send your order confirmation. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes where required. We accept PayPal, major debit and credit cards, and crypto. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Delivery

Our products are digital and delivered by email. Delivery is usually within minutes of payment and, for a small number of items that need manual setup, within a couple of hours. If you have not received your order in the expected time, please check your spam folder and then contact us so we can resolve it quickly.

Licences and use

Software keys and subscriptions are provided for your own use in line with the relevant product and its terms. Please activate your product promptly and keep your key and order details safe.

Refunds and replacements

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our returns approach is set out in full in our refund and returns policy. In short, if a product does not work as described we will replace it or, where a replacement is not possible, refund you, as covered by our replacement guarantee.

Our guarantee

Every order is backed by our free-replacement guarantee. If a genuine key or access stops working within the term you paid for, contact us with your order number and we will put it right. Full details are on our guarantee page.

Support

If you need help before or after a purchase, our support team is available through our contact page. We aim to respond quickly and resolve issues the same day wherever possible.

Limitation of liability

We provide our products with care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms removes any rights you have that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our store or for operational reasons. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
