Dimedigitals Refund & Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping at Dimedigitals. Because we provide digital goods, SaaS coupon codes, and account upgrades, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read our guidelines below to understand how we handle refunds and replacements for digital items.
Digital Goods & Instant Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products, once a coupon code, activation link, or premium account credential has been delivered to your email and accessed, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or accidental purchases once the digital product has been delivered.
When Are Refunds or Replacements Granted?
We stand by the quality of our digital services. You are fully eligible for a replacement or a full refund under the following conditions:
- Defective or Invalid Code: The coupon code or activation link provided to you does not work, is invalid, or has already expired upon delivery.
- Non-Delivery: You paid for the product, but due to a technical error, you never received the email containing your product details (and our support team is unable to manually deliver it to you).
- Service Disconnection: If your 6-month or 1-year subscription unexpectedly drops or reverts to a free tier before the promised timeframe ends, and our support team cannot restore it, you will receive a replacement or a pro-rated refund.
When Are Refunds NOT Granted?
We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: You purchased a subscription, successfully activated it, but decided you no longer want or need the service.
- Incompatible Hardware/Software: You purchased software or an IPTV subscription without checking if it works on your specific device (e.g., buying a Mac-only app when you use Windows).
- Third-Party Account Bans: If your personal account is banned by the original software provider (e.g., Canva, LinkedIn, etc.) due to your violation of their terms of service.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If you experience an issue with your digital purchase, we are here to help! Please do not file a dispute with your bank or credit card company immediately, as this delays the process significantly.
